Holistic Nutritional Counselling
It's not just about a 'diet' it's about nourishing the body from the inside out. A holistic approach to nutrition is about taking a look at the whole lifestyle that has prompted you to seek eating and wellness help. We look at food quality and variety as well as habits. My specialty is digestion, anti-aging and women's issues. I have a wealth of knowledge on all kinds of ailments and conditions.
Private Yoga & Meditation
Become more confident in your practice! Spend time with me as your personal guide into a space of healing and exploration. I give personal instruction and do yoga beside you as we dive into feeling more alive and open. I prepare the space just for you. Come feel the stretch, the breath, the Reiki healing and receive a personal message.
Combo: Spiritual Reading & Healing
One of the most popular sessions Karen has. A powerful and peaceful combo session of Energy Healing within the highest frequencies and healing light you can soak in. Receive a talking spiritual session with your Guardians and Guides to assist and heal to help you achieve more in life.
Intuitive Development Courses
A series of courses based around learning how to connect in with your higher self. Master techniques on how to accurately 'read' people and situations in your life. Work in a closed circle of like-minded people who desire to open up to their intuition through different exercises, experiments and fun experiences.
Group Meditation: Circles & Classes
Group Mediation is to the power of 11 - meaning it has great impact to your own reality and those around you. Karen hosts online and in person mediation instruction throughout the year. She teaches many techniques to create a better inward and deliberate journey.
Reiki: Healing Training Courses
Karen is a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher with over 15 years of professional practice and teaching in the healing arts. right up to the Master Teacher level. She teaches with confidence, passion and humor the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree levels as well as Master Teacher Level to be as professional and confident as possible.
Holistic Nutrition Workshops
Karen is a RHN, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and lives a holistic lifestyle, always adding in and trying new things to create an optimal vitality in body and mind. She has coached whole family changes, adults, women and kids how to eat to feel good, healthy and alive
'Conscious Talk' Group Gatherings
Karen has a way of communicating ideas, concepts and spiritual understandings with ease and grace. She hosts groups and talk to help others empower themselves and create critical thinking and presents ideas and concepts, tools and techniques to improve your quality of life, one breath at a time.
