Service Description

Receive a private Hatha Yoga and/or meditation session guided by Karen. Ease your way into beneficial practices with wise words and divine energy. An innate flow of movement, breathing and learning to empower the mind. This includes Reiki healing and a 1-on-1 energetic practice. An empowering process that is enjoyed by many! When the weather is good we can do this outside. You will feel more at peace, gain confidence in your yoga and meditation practice and have 1 on 1 conversation and guidance from Karen & Guides.
